Together Again!
A dream come true—a weekend spent together as siblings!
After a year of excruciating distance from our dear Nathan & Carlee and their delightful five, Jesus blessed us with a weekend spent together at Daniel & Carol’s spacious farmhouse in the Hershey, PA area. This was our first time to be together as three families since our wedding in February last year.
So many were the times over these past 12 months that we longed to be together during the dark valley of Carlee’s cancer, and this weekend those longings were fulfilled in very meaningful ways.
Daniel is currently pastoring a congregation in Palmyra, PA, not far from Hershey, and he and Carol welcomed all of us to stay the weekend with them, enjoying worship on Sun. as well. Singing together has been one of those gifts from the Lord that through the years has bonded our hearts in worship, and when we gathered around the piano late Saturday night, tears flowed as we joined our voices once again. Such a mixture of emotion and awe, realizing what God’s grace has done in our family this year, and is continuing to do in our hearts. We’re glad His work is ongoing; that He continues to move us up and in to His “much more.” Below are two video recordings of us sharing together in song.

Tears flow with SO much gratefulness, and memories, and wishes…that Daryl and I could have been there with you to experience the week-end together.
We were preparing for the sweet addition to the family here, that arrived on Mon. morning.
I BLESS the Lord, for His faithfulness to ALL of us this past year.
Many things about the “tomorrows” I don’t seem to understand, but I KNOW, Who holds those tomorrows, and I KNOW, Who holds OUR hand!!!!

Thank you all for sharing this beautiful music. It’s so good to see you all singing together and singing one of my favorite John W. Peterson songs, too! What a wonderful afternoon treat to hear and see you all on this afternoon in Alaska while I’m at work. Thank you, thank you!

Wow! What a special weekend!
I’m not able to listen to the songs right now, but look forward to doing so when I have a chance (I can’t turn the sound on right now). I’m sure it sounds great…based on the recordings I’ve heard in the past. Praying for you as the special day approaches (unless it’s already come and I just haven’t heard yet).
